Me

me

I’m a bioinformatician at the Biomedical Research Centre for Mental Health, a collaboration between the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London and the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust.

I work in Richard Dobson’s bioinformatics team developing infrastructure, analysis tools and software for managing clinical records and research data. I run our high performance compute cluster and am working with various other bits of KCL to develop a new research computing facility.

I’m on the committee for the UK Community for Research Software Engineers and I used to run London Biogeeks until I ran out of spare time.
